Construction Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator
This is a full-time, permanent position in a fast-paced environment. The role will be based in the corporate office with opportunities for on-site visits at client facilities located in the Research Triangle Park, NC.
Applicants not already in the Raleigh/Durham area or willing to relocate or commute need not apply.
This position provides administrative support to the project management team and facilitates the coordination for multiple construction projects.
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Familiar with project management tools (Consensus Doc, Procore, Prolog, etc)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and support multiple team members with minimum supervision.
